Gaylord-Hansen Community Foundation 501(c)(3)
Jessica wears multiple hats in life. She is the Executive Director for the Gaylord-Hansen Team's nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, the GH Community Foundation. On top of that, she is also a mom, wife, and superhero in training. She is passionate about making a positive impact in the world and is the happiest when empowering others to unlock their full potential, step out of their comfort zones, and live their best lives. She believes compassion & kindness matter. In support of this, she completed a Mindful Self Compassion course at UC San Diego’s Center for Mindfulness and UCSD’s Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction teacher training. When she’s not trying to save the world, she can be found off the beaten path with her hiking group, A Bunch of Wanderers; meditating; volunteering in the community; or cheering for her son at his football games.
